The second release of Swiss label Plak Records has finally reached record dealers ! This EP is made of three titles produced by the duo called Dogtown (J. Damon & our very good friend Chaton). On the A side, "dawn is the key" starts with an obscure atmosphere that is quickly followed by warmer analog synth sounds and by filtered percussions + ultra pumpin' rhythm ! The break makes this excellent techno track even better ! On the B side, the housy "386" is pumpin' and quite dark too but also oldschool thanks to a piano sound that will remember you some hits of the early 90's... At last, "Kalp" evolves somewhere between minimal house and electro with complex beats, female vocals and nice strings. An EP both original and made for the dancefloor : essential !!
